A special greeting to Hancock from Hõimulõimed NGO (Estonia):
“Today is Heikinpäivä – a special day for Finnish Americans – and in Hancock, Michigan, the opening ceremony of the next Finno-Ugric Capital of Culture is taking place.
Earlier this winter, while the Tsirk symbol spent some time in Tartu, we had the chance to prepare a small greeting from Estonia to Hancock. The video includes a short spoken message and a medley of Finnish American songs. Subtitles, lyrics and links to the original songs are included in the video description
