The handover ceremony was opened by <strong>Jim Kurtti<\/strong>, Honorary Consul of Finland in Michigan&#8217;s Upper Peninsula. Then, <strong>Marianne Brokaw<\/strong> &#8211; an Estonian American who lives Hancock &#8211; gave a short speech in Estonian and English, after which Tsirk was officially handed over to <strong>Mary Babcock<\/strong>, City Manager of Hancock.
